Terms and Conditions
1. The new Executive Rewards Program commences 1st February 2016
2. The rewards points issued by Executive can be redeemed for a gift only.
3. This rewards program is for account customers only.
4. Executive will issue a normal account statement at the end of each month. If your account is paid within the approved credit terms, your spend for that month will be converted to points and an advice email will be issued by this rewards site.
5. A gift or combination of gifts up to your current value of points can be redeemed at any time.
6. Unspent rewards points will expire after 12 months.
7. Gifts may take up to three weeks to receive after you have redeemed online.
8. Rewards points cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
9. Executive cannot take responsibility if a gift becomes unavailable. A gift of equal value and quality may be substituted in this event.
10. Warranties, refunds or exchanges are in accordance with the original manufacturer's policies and terms.
11. Executive will accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury from the use of any gift.
12. Executive reserves the right to update and change product offers, and cease this program at any time.
